Tipping Point fans were left up in arms during the latest episode of the ITV gameshow after noticing one contestant's "annoying" habit.

On Friday afternoon's episode (January 6), beloved host Ben Shephard welcomed five new contestants onto the programme to put their knowledge to the test in an effort to take home the eye-watering cash prize.

It sees contestants battle it out to win a £10k jackpot by answering general knowledge questions for counters to put into the 2p arcade-style machine.

Making it all the way to the final round was quizhead Barry and his contestant Leona who pushed him to his limits as they fought it out for a place in the grand final.

But fans of the show couldn't help but be distracted by impressive gamer Leona's repetitive habit as she dominated the show.

Fans flooded to Twitter as they begged the contestants to stop saying one word throughout the hour-long episode.

One user penned: "#TippingPoint Leona is going for the world record of saying 'OH WOW' on a TV show [three angry emojis]."

Another fumed: "Wow wow wow wow. Gonna launch my remote control at the telly wow wow wow #tippingpoint."

A third agreed: "'Oh wow', this episode’s become unwatchable now. And the conclusion is foregone, to boot. #TippingPoint."

Meanwhile, one viewer begged: "STOP SAYING OH WOW!!!! #TippingPoint." Ian Bartlett added: "#TippingPoint have a shot even time Leona says wow. Be mangled by 4.30."

Unfortunately, Barry managed to beat his opponent by just one point which crowned him the winner of the show, but it didn't stop there.

During his solo stint, Barry risked everything he had banked so far in the game in an effort to take home the golden token which granted him £10,000.

Luckily for him, his risky move paid off after he won the entire jackpot as he revealed the jaw-dropping prize money would be spent on a cruise with his loving wife.
