Spoilers: Callum risks everything to find Ellie for Phil in EastEnders10/12/2020
Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) has been left furious after the disappearance of Ellie (Mica Paris) with his son Raymond in EastEnders – and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) is determined to help him in his search. However, when corrupt cop DI Thompson catches Callum trying to track her down, will he incur his wrath?
Thompson has already trapped Callum by making him perform illegal activities undercover and now he has made it clear that if he doesn’t play ball, he will throw Callum and partner Ben (Max Bowden) under the bus – and into prison.
With Ellie having disappeared with Raymond, Phil is not giving up, having just started to bond with his son.
Ben tells Callum that Phil’s been up all night and can’t get hold of Ellie. Ben reckons she’s using a fake name and they have no way of finding her. Later Callum asks DI Thompson for some info on Ellie, implying it will help him get close to Phil but he’s surprised by what he learns.
Ellie has been hiding a secret – but will this help or hinder Phil? And will Callum discover where Ellie is?
Later on, Ellie agrees to meet Phil at the Arches but as she lays her cards on the table, Phil is stunned by her true nature. Ben insists that for Phil to have any chance of getting custody of Raymond, they have to do this properly through the courts.
However, Phil has made it clear that if Ellie wants a war then it is indeed on – he will go to any lengths in order to get what he wants and beat her at her own game.
DI Thompson catches Callum accessing information on Ellie for Phil but he tells Thompson he can get Phil on side if he helps him with some intel.
But Phil is working on a plan to expose the truth about Ellie – is Callum helping him out? And will Thompson discover that he has gone against him and make him pay.
If this goes the wrong way, Callum stands to lose everything he holds dear…
