Selling Sunset season three was released in August, filled with more drama than ever before. The Netflix reality series has gained a loyal fanbase since originally launching in 2019, who have been following the cast’s movements since after binge-watching the season. Much to everyone’s enjoyment, plenty has happened since the cameras stopped rolling.

WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Selling Sunset.

Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae Young has been dating Flip or Flop 101 star Tarek El Moussa for more than a year.

But on their one year anniversary, Tarek surprised everyone and proposed to Heather during their celebrations.

If she does get married during filming, hers will be the third wedding to be shown on Selling Sunset following Mary Fitzgerald’s and Christine Quinn’s.

Elsewhere, there has been another blossoming romance for one of the real estate agents.

While speaking to Express.co.uk, star Jason Oppenheim revealed that Amanza Smith is dating someone new.

He said: “Amanza is travelling right now, she has a new boyfriend she’s seeing in Europe.

“I do [know who it is] but I’m not going to say. I’ll let them handle that.

“She’ll be back, she’s been gone for a while but she’s back, she comes back today so that’ll be nice.”

Could fans meet the new mysterious man in Amanza’s life during season four?

When will Selling Sunset series 4 start?

Netflix has yet to have officially confirmed Selling Sunset will be back for a fourth season.

The streaming service has stayed radio silent in regards to whether or not it is renewing or cancelling the reality series.

Nevertheless, the cast have openly talked about the show’s return so it does seem like there is a new season on the way.

Speaking on This Morning, star Christine Quinn said: “We’re not back filming now, but Jason [Oppenheim] has confirmed we’ve been picked up for another series, but we’re kind of just waiting.”

The Oppenheim Group boss Jason Oppenheim has now spoken to Express.co.uk to give an update on the situation.

Jason said: “We have every expectation that we will be filming future seasons starting with season four.

“I mean, I don’t want to confirm anything but if we were to be moving forward into future seasons it would probably happen in the next couple of months.

“Well filming it, not airing it.”

So if this is the case and filming does start in a couple of months time, Selling Sunset season four could start sometime in mid-2021.

This, of course, will depend on if filming will be allowed to continue because of the pandemic.

The worldwide spread of COVID-19 meant all filming and television studios had to close down earlier this year.

This has led to a massive backlog in shows being shot, including Selling Sunset.

Speaking to Grazia in September, Christine said: “Unfortunately it has been affected. So usually we get picked up after the show airs, you know, we’ll hear some information, some rumblings.

“With season two being in the top ten [on Netflix], I think we’re definitely going to get picked up. But everything has been setback due to COVID.”

Selling Sunset is available to watch on Netflix.
