Love Island star Hugo Hammond may be the nation's new sweetheart in the sun but the PE teacher's university antics prove there's a wilder side to the star.
As we know, poor Hugo didn't start off strong as the sporting pro was ironically put on the subs bench during the initial coupling up session.
This was a stark contrast to Hugo's usual luck with lasses and sent him from self-declared ladies man to Love Island letdown in a matter of minutes.
Prior to this, the talented cricket player also shared scandalous info with the show's producers claiming to have had got down and dirty in the middle of a road and to have kissed ten girls in one night.
That's good going by anyone's standards but fans have struggled to believe the stories shared by the 24 year old from Hampshire as his on-camera antics are miles off the mark.
Many viewers have even spoken out to say that the cricketing pro hasn't got any game, having been pied off by all of the girls in the love shack so far.
But despite Hugo blending into the villa walls and being at the brunt of other Islander's jokes, we're pleased to find out that he is quite the party animal.
Man about town
The first disabled contestant on the ITV2 dating show was apparently known as a "BNOC" during his time at Oxford Brooke's University – that's a big name on campus for those who aren't fluent in student.
The singleton studied sports coaching and graduated back in 2019 and has since gone on to teaching P.E at a Devonshire school, where he definitely won't be returning, says the education facility.
So far, he hasn't stolen any hearts or turned any heads, but the underdog may have some potential if his uni days are anything to go by.
Back home the hunky teacher is well known for his drunken escapades and boozy nights out around town and was always first in line to hit up a bar or head to a house party.
In recent episodes, viewers have seen him bring his fellow contestants drinks, which is no surprise having taken a closer look at his eagerness to get in the rounds on the outside.
Looking back on the people-pleasing star's Instagram, it's a rarity not to see him snapped at a boozer or at least captured with a cocktail.
Looking at the fun-filled snaps, the happy-go-lucky chap was always surrounded by a flock of friends and also usually a gang of girls too.
Being known as a sporting legend definitely helped with his encounters as everybody wanted to be seen with the first team's cricketing captain.
From sports socials to fancy dress fun, you name it, Hugo was at the centre of it – lapping up every opportunity to get his drink on.
From popping bottles to chugging neat vodka in clubs, Hugo wasn't afraid to ball out inside Oxford's best student hotspots.
His nonstop partying kicked off midweek and often didn't stop in the county, oh no, it also spread to a global level with lads trips away to party capitals such as Dubai and Cambodia.
Mr. Nice Guy
The Hampshire lad has captured viewers hearts this week as the likes of Chloe, Faye and Sharon have all implied that he's the least desirable as he's "too nice".
Now a firm fan favourite, many viewers have spoken out to defend the cricket player, saying that the girls are bang out of order.
Though apparently, the 'Mr. Nice Guy' persona we all know on our screens is an act, with his apparent "marmite" personality often rubbing people up the wrong way.
According to a source, Hugo was in fact a "divisive character" at uni.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, a source said: “Hugo really thought he was the bees’ knees and aimed to make a name for himself at university.
“He’s bragged about his female conquests but they certainly weren’t the ones bragging afterwards.
"Hugo was a divisive figure, to say the least, some people liked him, while others thought he was just a posh kn*bhead.”
On the topic of bragging and questionable behaviour, Hugo openly declared to producers in his videotape that he was the founding theorist of the "half-night stand."
He told producers that he often boots girls out of bed halfway through the night just so he can get some beauty sleep.
The star who was born with a club-foot said: "I am the inventor of something that I like to call the half-night stand.
"I like my own bed and waking up by myself in the morning so I either have to do a runner or I have to boot them out so I can enjoy the rest of my evening and get my beauty sleep in."
We hope he'll be graduating from this year's show with his honour still intact and ideally a top-notch bird on his arm, that he can take home to his parents too – for a full night that is.
