Love Island bosses forced to deny Jacques was kicked off the show after ‘vile impressions of Tasha’ amid bullying row | The Sun

LOVE Island bosses were forced to deny that Jacques O’Neill was kicked off the show for “impersonating" Tasha Ghouri.

The unfounded allegations went viral on social media today after the rugby player, 23, walked from the series in order to protect his mental health.

A series of shock messages, reportedly from someone who worked on the show, claimed Jacques was removed from the villa supposedly for misogynistic behaviour and mocking Tasha for being deaf.

ITV has rubbished the claims, saying they are completely false.

It comes after furious fans accused Jacques of bullying Tasha as he watched the final.

In the video, taken during the final, Jacques is heard impersonating Davide as she reads her declaration of love speech to Andrew.

Earlier this week, Tasha made her feelings clear on the situation as she unfollowed Jacques on social media and Andrew swiftly followed.

Today, eagle-eyed followers noticed that Jacques was no longer following their antics in social media – as the feud between them escalated.

Jacques quit the Love Island villa the same week love rival Adam Collard entered.

He later revealed that during his time on the show he felt “the worst he ever had in his life”.

At the time fans speculated that there was more to his decision to leave than was shown – with many suggesting a fight ensued between him and Adam.

Jacques later told The Sun he feared he would attack Adam, admitting: “I thought if I don’t get myself out things could go horribly wrong and I could get physical.”

He confessed  he “couldn’t cope” in the TV villa, adding: “Doing Love Island was the worst decision of my life.”
