Love Island's Kaila Troy has revealed that producers failed to air scenes in which she shared a strong connection with Teddy Soares.
Irish beauty Kaila entered the series as a Casa Amor bombshell and hit it off with Teddy, who she claimed liked her and Clarisse Juliette before going back to Faye Winter in the main villa.
And speaking to Daily Star, 28 year old Kaila has expressed her frustrations that viewers never got to see her scenes with Teddy, who she also added was hesitant about how the public would perceive him if he cheated on Faye.
"I had a lot of conversations with him, I mean, they didn't show it, but I had a lot of conversations with him," she explained.
Kaila added: "We used to work out together and talking and just talking about life, you know the whole shebang. We had a lot of good conversations."
She went on to explain that Teddy began opening up about his relationship with Faye near the end of his time in Casa Amor, and they had a sit-down conversation about "where his head what at".
Teddy eventually went back to Faye, and according to Kaila, it was because he was "scared" about the public's reaction and very aware of his actions while cameras rolled.
Kaila also detailed her further frustration at being a Casa Amor bombshell despite being promised she would be part of the original line-up or one of the earlier bombshells.
Explaining that producers were "pretty clear they wanted her from the first audition", she said they flew her in from America, made her quarantine in London for two weeks and "put a lot of time and money" into her.
"It was weird to see the way it turned out, and they didn't show me. It was a long process," she said.
Teddy and Faye ended up coming in third place during the Love Island final on Monday evening.
Millie Court and Liam Reardon ended up winning the series and split the £50,000 cash prize.
