ITV's Sunday night's drama The Larkins could be facing the chop after plummeting ratings and a rumour of a cast feud, according to reports.
With the departure of star Sabrina Bartlett, an insider has claimed that the "writing is on the wall" for the series which has become the latest adaptation of the novel, The Darling Buds of May.

But despite the evident change, this isn't the only reason The Larkins may be pulled off air.
The comedy which stars Bradley Walsh lost two million viewers when it returned for its second series in 2022.
For last year's opening series, only 2.9million viewers tuned in to watch the show set in 1950's rural Kent, which was a massive difference compared to the 4.8million viewers who watched first episode of their debut season in 2021.
Speaking about the show's unlikely return, a source claimed there was issues surrounding Sabrina and a disagreement she had with on-screen love interest Tok Stephen.
The insider also share their thoughts on the viewership decrease.
The source said: "The ratings for series two were disappointingly low and cast disagreements on set have been an ongoing problem for the production team," the source claims, after going on to share that The Larkins will be dropped in the new year.
"Sabrina’s issue with Tok and her decision to leave, was a massive problem for the bosses. But there have also been other disagreements," they added while sharing their thoughts with The Sun.
Despite Sabrina claiming she left the show due to clashes in her schedule, rumours suggested Tok made her feel uncomfortable after he used a selfie of her as his WhatsApp display picture.
Actress Joelle Rae replaced Sabrina when The Larkins returned for its second series in October 2021.
During the second series of The Larkins fans saw father and son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh appear on screen together, with Barney portraying the role of a policeman.
