Faye Brookes will not be axed from Dancing On Ice after reportedly "breaking the rules".
The 33 year old dazzled the ITV show's judges and viewers at the weekend when she received the highest score of the series so far following her first skate.
But it was later reported that she had broken the show's rules by using the show's name while advertising clothing brands.
However, sources close to the show have now spoken out on the matter, confirming no action will be taken.

The insider told Daily Star: "This is hugely exaggerated and there's no question of her being kicked off the show. No such discussions are happening."
It was claimed that Faye's promotional video for fitness massage gun MyBodyFitPal and clothing brand Roxy Joggers breached the show's rules as she mentioned the show's name in the posts.
Both posts have since been deleted from the former Coronation Street star's Instagram page.
A source previously told The Sun: "No one is telling the celebrities they can't use their social media or have commercial deals.
"But what the contracts clearly state is that you need written permission in advance if you are going to use either ITV's name or the name of the show.
"According to the contracts, the celebrities have to speak to ITV and get formal permission before any posts, which the deletion suggests Faye has not done.

"Ultimately, breaking a contract could result in the termination of a contract."
The reports of Faye's contract breach came just hours after it was revealed that Denise Van Outen had been forced to quit the show due to injury.
The actress took to Instagram to announce her departure, alongside a picture of herself and skating partner Matt Evers.
The 46 year old wrote: "GUTTED! if you've been watching @dancingonice you will be aware that just over a week ago I had a nasty fall and injured my shoulder.

"I managed to skate my first dance with @mattevers on the live show through a gritted smile because the pain was unbearable."
The TOWIE voiceover, who has been replaced by Olympian Amy Tinkler, continued: "I've tried as hard as I can to carry on because I love the show and the amazing team in front and behind the cameras.
"Initially we thought with rest I could make a return to the ice, but a recent MRI scan has shown that I have 3 bone fractures as well as a partial dislocation. OUCH! No wonder I've been in agony."
