Everything you need to know about the final of the Masked Singer UK 202101/30/2021
The Masked Singer UK returned for a second series on December 26, 2020, and viewers are loving it so far.
The ITV series is hosted by Joel Dommett and sees an array of celebrities dress up as different characters and perform songs each week.
The judging panel consists of Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, and Mo Gilligan.
Following each performance, the judges must say who think is behind the mask and each week there is a sing off which results in one of the characters taking off their mask and revealing their identity.
In series one, actor and comedian Ken Jeong sat on the panel but due to the coronavirus pandemic and travel restrictions, he was unable to fly to the UK for the second series.
When is The Masked Singer 2021 final?
The final date of the second series of The Masked Singer is yet to be confirmed, but last year’s series lasted for eight episodes.
If it follows the same format, the Masked Singer UK will likely finish on Saturday 13 February, 2021.
The show airs every Saturday night at 7pm on ITV1.
Which celebrities feature in the Masked Singer 2021?
So far this series, the likes of Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Mel B, and Martine McCutcheon have all been unveiled.
Most recently, former footballer Glenn Hoddle and actor John Thomson were revealed as the faces behind the characters Grandfather Clock and Bush Baby.
Sophie, 41, was the first celebrity to leave the competition in season two when she took off her Alien mask.
Spice Girl Mel was next and had been performing as Seahorse, and former soap star Martine was revealed as Swan.
The remaining characters on the show are Blob, Sausage, Viking, Badger, Dragon, Harlequin and Robin.
