Honey Mitchell finally exposed "cheating rat" boyfriend Adam to the whole of the Queen Vic – and EastEnders fans were ecstatic.

During the middle of the pub's 'ball and chain' event, Honey stepped up on stage and revealed Adam's cheating ways.

"Doing the swap, it was really nice to live with someone had actually cared about me," she said tearfully. "It was so nice to be living with someone who wasn't cheating."

When Adam tried to interject, Iqra and Mick intervened, with the pub landlord telling her to go on.

"It was just a relief not to be constantly worrying," she continued. "It was nice to be noticed and to be appreciated and not treated like a piece of dirt."

Honey then ran out of the house and fled back to her home, where she bundled all of Adam's belongings into a suitcase and threw them outside.

Adam turned nasty when Honey refused to listen to him as Iqra and her girlfriend watched on from the side.

"You should be grateful you even got to share me," he snarled at her. "You struck gold with me."

Honey slammed a recycling bin into Adam's face, prompting him to call her a "crazy b****".

But viewers praised Honey, hailing her a "hero" for booting the love rat out.

One tweeted: "Yes Honey! Adam so deserved that! @bbceastenders @EmmaBarton #EastEnders."

While another commented: "Omg poor Honey #EastEnders shes absolutely beautiful thank god shes rid of a scumbag."

A third remarked: "Honey finally telling Adam what a waste of space he is and Mick and Iqra sticking up for her #heroes #EastEnders."

Another wrote: "Oh yes Honey! Now kick him square on in his tiny balls! #EastEnders."

"YES YOU DO DESERVE BETTER HONEY #Eastenders," a fan exclaimed.
