She is set to find a lump on her neck on her wedding day to Daniel and then goes to hospital so that she can get tests done.

This week viewers will then see her get told that the cancer has spread and that she only has a few months left to live.

Actress Katie McGlynn has officially filmed her final scenes on the show which fans will see later this year after loses her battle with cancer.

She recently said: ‘I’ve been working with Mummy’s Star, they specialise in helping families and women who’ve been suffering from cancer in or around pregnancy.

‘It’s been really helpful chatting to them, some of the families and the founder Pete Wallroth who’ve been through this in real life.

‘Every story is different, and it’s quite a unique experience battling cancer in pregnancy, Sinead blames herself, so their advice and support has been very gratefully received.’
