It was a particularly tearful week in Coronation Street, with a major death resulting in heartbreak aplenty.

Laura Neelan (Kel Allen) tragically died, mere moments before Kelly (Millie Gibson) turned up at the hospital to say goodbye to her.

The aftermath of this upsetting turn of events will be dealt with next week, as Kelly finds herself tempted by drugs, and the day of her dad Rick’s funeral arrives.

Summer asks Amy to leave so that she can revise alone. Amy is understanding and thus leaves. Summer, meanwhile, goes to the bathroom, but Amy returns, having forgot her phone, and realises that Summer has made herself sick.
