Ozzy Osbourne fears he may never perform again after hiding health issues

Ozzy Osbourne has hidden the severity of his health issues and worries he may never perform on stage again.

The rock icon says he feels worse after neck surgery two years ago following a bad fall.

Ozzy, 72, said: “I now have a date for when I have my surgery on my neck.

"When I saw this guy he said, 'The first guy didn't do a very good job'. “

"He is not telling me that he can put me back to normal, which is no excuse, he says he can do this and that and do my back.

"The way it is now, I ain't very encouraged, what if it gets worse?" he told Sirius XM.

When asked to reflect on surgeons, not promising results, Ozzy hit back: "They do that, the first guy said, 'If you do not have this surgery you have got a good chance of being crippled for the rest of your life.'

"So I came out of the surgery and this guy f***ed me up, even top guys make mistakes, I am a bit gunshy after the first one.

"I am just hoping and praying that I can at least do a f***ing show."

Ozzy, who also has Parkinson's disease, said: "Since this pandemic, I have never been to bed so early."

The Black Sabbath frontman has previously revealed that he would be "f****d" if he'd tested positive due to his current health issues that placed him in the vulnerable category.

The Aston, West Mids born star has narrowly avoided the virus that saw his wife Sharon, daughter Kelly and his granddaughter also test positive.

While Sharon, 69, may have made a full recovery, the former The X Factor judge was initially hospitalised due to the severity of her symptoms.

Ozzy has jokingly admitted that Satanism had helped him from falling ill, he told Metal Hammer: "My wife had the virus. my daughter had the virus and I never got it.

"Being a devil worshipper does have its good points!"

He previously told GQ Magazine: "I've got emphysema, so if I get this virus, I'm f***d."
