Kelly Brook loves her curves more as she ages

Kelly Brook has revealed that she "loves her curves" more as she ages.

The stunning model and actress began modelling at just 16 after she won a beauty competition that her mum had entered her into.

Known for her curvaceous figure, Kelly has shown off her physique in many shoots over the years for various tabloids, magazines, calendars and lingerie companies.

And not only this, but Kelly was voted as FHM's Sexiest Woman in the World in 2005, and has been featured in the FHM 100 Sexiest countdown since 1998.

Now the 43-year-old who is loved up with her hubby Jeremy Parisi, has spoken out about loving her body as she gets older.

She told The Sun: "I always say I should love my body now because it’s the body I’ll wish I had in ten years’ time.

"But it’s easy to think your body isn’t good enough and want to look different," she explained while talking to the paper.

Kelly explained that even when she was "a lot thinner" she didn’t think she was good enough, adding: "You always think that when you’re younger."

Getting candid about ageing, she revealed her "best part" about getting older is how any body image insecurities "just fade away".

"You think outside yourself and are no longer as self-obsessed or self-focused," she affirmed.

She spoke of how her "skinniest times were also her most miserable" and how now she's loved up with her hunky husband, she's happier than ever before.

Kelly and Jeremy were together for seven years before getting wed in July 2022.

The now-happily-married-couple got hitched in the historic Cicerone Tower in the Italian coastal town of Civitavecchia.
