Ivanka Trump enjoyed some fun in the Florida sun while taking her three children tubing on a speedboat in Miami on Sunday.

The 40-year-old looked ready to hit the water in a black wetsuit top and a pair of button-up destroyed denim shorts. She topped off the sporty ensemble with a black baseball cap and mirrored sunglasses.

Ivanka was all smiles as she watched her children — Arabella, ten, Joseph, eight, and Theodore, five — tubing behind the speedboat during the afternoon outing.

Ivanka Trump spent some quality time with her three children, Arabella, ten, Joseph, eight, and Theodore, five, on a speedboat in Miami, Florida, on Sunday afternoon

The 40-year-old (pictured with her daughter Arabella and son Theodore) wore a black wetsuit for the occasion, though she didn’t appear to get into the water

The mom watched as her children went tubing behind the speedboat, with Joseph and Theodore (pictured) each taking turns with their big sister

The mom’s long blonde hair was pulled back in a messy bun that was pulled through the back of her cap. She had on minimal jewelry, just a ring and a few bracelets, including the red string she often wears on her left wrist.

Although she hasn’t spoken about the purpose of the string bracelet, it does bear a resemblance to the type of red string that Kabbalah practitioners wear to ward off the ‘evil eye.’

Ivanka’s mini-me daughter, Arabella, wore a baseball cap like her mom and a light blue and white striped hooded sweatshirt, which she donned over a light pink swimsuit.

The mom made sure her two younger sons were also protected from the Miami sun in rash guards and baseball caps of their own.

Her husband, former White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, was not with them on the speedboat, though he has been spotted on numerous family outings in recent months.

Ivanka, who didn’t appear to get into the water with the kids, opted to stay on the boat while Joseph and Theodore took turns tubing with their big sister.

When Theodore wasn’t in the water, he was sitting next to the speedboat’s driver.

The mother of three had a wide, open mouth smile on her face as she watched her oldest daughter and youngest son happily tubing behind her.

Ivanka’s lookalike daughter, Arabella, had a big smile on her face as they got ready to pull away from the dock

Before getting into the water, Arabella had on a light blue and white striped sweatshirt and a baseball cap like her mom and brothers

Ivanka was seen checking her phone while soaking up the Florida sunshine on the speedboat

The proud mom had her phone in her hand, ready to take pictures at any moment

Ivanka’s husband, former White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, was not with them on the speedboat

While the driver steered the boat, Ivanka focused on her children behind her

She had her cellphone out and proudly took pictures of her kids on the water.

The former first daughter and her family have kept a relatively low profile since they moved to Miami earlier this year following her father’s failed re-election bid.

Ivanka, Jared, and their three children have been living in one of Miami’s most exclusive oceanfront buildings, Arte Surfside.

The property is one of the most expensive complexes in the neighborhood, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month. Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York in January of this year — the same month that Ivanka and her family moved into the building.

Ivanka and her family have enjoyed numerous boat outings since they’ve moved to Miami

Ivanka has kept a relatively low profile since she and her family relocated from Washington, D.C. to Miami

The former first daughter carried around a carton of Boxed Water to stay hydrated in the sun

Ivanka kicked back while her kids hung out on the boat on the sunny December day

The kids put on life vests before getting into the tube as a safety precaution

Ivanka smiled brightly as she took a snapshot of her kids from a different angle on the boat

The Kushner family is said to be using the large, unfurnished unit as a temporary home while they build a property on a two-acre plot they purchased on Indian Creek Island — also known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ — for $31.8 million late last year.

They also scooped up an additional $24 million mansion just a few blocks away, which they are reported to have bought in April, according to the real estate website The Real Deal.

The couple’s alleged new property splurge features six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and was once owned by Spanish singer Julio Iglesias.

The 8,510-square-foot French neo-classical residence sits on 1.26 acres and is equipped with 26-feet-high domed ceilings, a grand double staircase, open entertaining areas, a large family and screening room, a wood-paneled office, a large gym, and a huge master bedroom with two full bathrooms.

Arabella’s hair flew behind her as the held on tight to the tube during the outing

Joseph’s mouth dropped open in glee as he clung to the tube’s plastic handles

Ivanka’s children seem to enjoy life in Florida, where they can play outside all year round

Ivanka and her husband Jared moved to Miami with their three children earlier this year

Ivanka has kept out of the spotlight since the move and is usually only seen when she’s out with her children

While in Miami, the Kushner family has been living in one of Miami’s most exclusive oceanfront buildings, Arte Surfside

It also boasts manicured gardens, reflecting pools, a resort-style swimming pool, and a large dock, although aerial images of the mansion suggest that it will require some extensive maintenance before it is ready to live in after having fallen into disrepair while on the market.

Until it is fixed up, Ivanka and Jared will likely remain in their Arte Surfside condo that is located just two blocks away from the collapsed Champlain Towers South Condo, which crumbled in a devastating accident in June, leaving nearly 100 people dead.

Since moving to Miami, Ivanka and Jared have kept out of the public eye and have only been seen out and about with their children on a handful of occasions.

This is a marked change from their lives in Washington, D.C. when they were regularly photographed on family outings in their upscale neighborhood.
