Britney Spears thanked fans Friday evening in an emotional Instagram post following the termination of her longstanding conservatorship.

“Good God I love my fans so much it’s crazy 🥺❤️!!! I think I’m gonna cry the rest of the day !!!!,” the 39-year-old pop icon wrote in her inimitable prose style, interspersed as always with liberal emoji.

“Best day ever … praise the Lord … can I get an Amen 🙏🏼☀️🙌🏼 ????” she continued, adding the new — and newly relevant — hashtag, “#FreedBritney.”

The video post followed two earlier ones Friday that appeared sans caption, showcasing the “Toxic” singer’s outfit of the day, a tied-off green shirt and white shorts.

“The court finds the conservatorship of the person and estate of Britney Spears is no longer required,” Judge Brenda Penny ruled Friday afternoon hearing in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The win was not unexpected, following as it did the removal of Britney’s estranged father Jamie Spears from his role as conservator in late September. Penny had called the arrangement “untenable” and — “toxic” in a perhaps intentional — and in Page Six’s view, entirely unprofessional — pun.

At that time, Penny agreed to allow certified accountant John Zabel to assume the role of Spears’ conservator; it’s unknown what his role will be going forward in light of the termination of the arrangement.

Efforts to free Spears from the conservatorship — which was put in place in 2008 following her widely publicized breakdown — ramped up dramatically this summer, aided by a bombshell address Spears made to the court in June and a new attorney, Matthew Rosengart, who took over in July.

“I’ve lied and told the whole world I’m OK and I’m happy. It’s a lie,” Spears said during the dramatic June hearing, in which she also lambasted her father.

It’s been an eventful time in Spears’ personal life as well: She got engaged to her boyfriend, personal trainer and actor Sam Asghari, in September, and the couple was seen touring a $16.5 million Los Angeles estate in the upscale Hidden Hills area the following month.
