Kolam Brings Its "Authentic Sri-Food" to Dover Street Market 3537

After partnering with Crosby Studios to open the space in July this year, Dover Street Market has now announced the latest culinary pop-up at its 3537 incubator space in Paris. Running throughout the first half of November, the retail group’s latest location will play host to Kolam, a Sri Lankan street food restaurant based in the city.

For the pop-up, Kolam will bring its “authentic Sri-food” to the new food hall at 3537, which is situated in a 17th-century mansion in Paris’ Marais district. The space itself has been transformed by Kolam, becoming a backdrop for its mixture of Sri Lankan and Parisian culture.

To mark the launch, Kolam is releasing a new T-shirt design. Arriving in different color options, the tee sports a Kolam x Dover Street Market logo on the front, as well as celebrating Kolam’s “authentic Sri-food” with the graphic on the reverse.

Kolam’s installation at Dover Street Market 3537 is open now, and runs until November 15.

For more from Dover Street Market, the group’s London location recently dropped a new collaboration with Bamford London.
