Frankie Essex proudly showed off her stunning curves while on a beach in Tullum, Mexico.

The former TOWIE star, who is enjoying a 'work trip' with cousin Chloe Sims, wore a black and white swimsuit which highlighted her frame.

Frankie, 33, also opted for a black wrap-around and a black cap to protect her from the sunshine.

The reality star appeared in great spirits as she walked along the beach, with the blue water in clear view behind her.

Frankie's beach stroll comes after she bravely opened up on her body dysmorphia battle in October last year.

Speaking on FUBAR Radio's Access All Areas, the blonde beauty admitted to feeling pressured into losing weight when she was younger.

She said: "I think when I was younger, I did. I was so skinny but I thought I was big. I had this, what is it called, body dysmorphia?

"Because I used to be quite big when I was younger, like in school, and I had lost loads of weight and I was really slim, but I still thought I was big in my head."

Joey Essex's sister, who was previously slammed by fans for crediting a diet product for weight loss, went on to reveal she's learnt to embrace her curves and doesn't believe in "being skinny" anymore.

She said: "Years and years ago, it was about being skinny and being this skinny models.

"And then, Kim Kardashian and all that little lot came around. It was all about the curves. And it's like, I've embraced that now you know.

"Like, I've got a bum, my mum had a bum, my mum had boobs. A lot of girls get their bums done now, don't they? They want all these BBLs. I definitely don't need that! 100 per cent no."
