Lauren Goodger has reportedly told pals that she and boyfriend Charles Drury will become the next Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Despite the hugely successful American couple being in the midst of a divorce, the former TOWIE star is adamant about following in her idol's superstar footsteps.

A source told The Mirror: "Lauren can't wait to become a mum – and, seeing how Kim has used her family and motherhood journey to become a megastar, Lauren wants to do the same."

It was added that Lauren "idolises" Stateside reality star Kim, who shares four children with Kanye – North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and one-year-old Psalm.

"She is hoping she can emulate her success both personally and professionally – telling pals how now she's got Charles by her side, she has every chance of achieving superstar status," the source added.

Lauren, 34, is expecting her first child with 23-year-old beau Charles this summer.

The reality star has been open about her pregnancy with her 781,000 Instagram followers, sharing videos and pictures of her baby scans and sharing inspirational quotes for fellow mums.

In her recent OK! column, Lauren admits she had been put through trolling hell, with people leaving nasty comments about not believing she was pregnant.

"It's absolutely crazy. People have got so much negative stuff to say and you have to ignore it sometimes! I honestly don't care, and I don't get affected by that sort of stuff.

"But when the baby's here, no doubt people will complain about things. Amy Childs and Cara de la Hoyde both told me, "Watch out for the mum police!" I'm quite strong, but I'm very protective of Charlie and I don't want him to get upset.

"I said, "Whatever our baby looks like, people will call her ugly!" We just have to ignore them!

In a recent interview, Lauren revealed that she had suffered a three-day-long panic attack due to her worries for her unborn baby.

While in her second trimester, the TV personality was rushed to hospital while experiencing an increase in blood pressure.

Speaking to The Sun, Lauren explained: "Doctors and my close friends who suffer severe panic disorders are always the first to tell you panic attacks make your body feel like it's having a heart attack due to the massive rush of adrenaline trying to escape your body any way it can.

"You get chest pains, palpitations, and even shooting pains in your arm."

Nurses were quick to put her worries at ease and showed the star her baby's heartbeat.
