Olivia Attwood says she passed up on Brits night out to avoid burn out

Olivia Attwood revealed that she "passed up" on attending The Brit Awards this evening as she wanted to avoid a "burn out" amid a busy filming schedule.

The former Love Island star, 31, took to Instagram to share that she had chosen not to attend the awards, but admitted that she has "fomo already".

The TV personality and presenter was clearly enjoying a day chilling on the sofa as she snapped a picture of her TV as she added a text box over the top.

She wrote: "Passed up on the Brits tonight because of filming schedule / trying desperately to avoid a burnout.

"But now I have fomo lol and it hasn't even started."

She then added: "I hope there's some good fashHUN to enjoy / judge from me sofa hehehe."

The Brit Awards is taking place this evening, and the stars will turn up in their droves to celebrate the best of British music.

Olivia recently celebrated her debut documentary, Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, winning a Broadcaster award for 'Best Popular Factual Programme'.

The star looked stunning in a pair of black flared trousers and a long blazer as she shared her joy at receiving the award.

She posted plenty of snaps to Instagram of the night, including one where she held out the award with a big smile on her face.

Olivia's blonde hair cascaded around her shoulders, while her makeup was perfectly-applied, with thick black lashes framing her eyes.

She captioned the post: "My debut documentary won a Broadcast award.

"Such a tough category. I’m still in shock. The most insane badass team. The brave incredible people who shared their stories with us. You guys, the viewers."

"My gratitude knows no ends. Series 2….. LETS GO."

Olivia, who starred on Love Island in 2017, also has her own ITV2 show named Olivia Meets Her Match, which documents her life.

She's known for never holding back her opinions, and she recently made her feelings clear on the idea of having children at weddings – a firm no from her.

Olivia unleashed her thoughts on the Private Parts podcast, telling host Jamie Laing: “Kids at a wedding for me is absolutely unacceptable.”

“I agree!” Jamie, 34, replied in fits of laughter.

“Unacceptable,” Olivia continued, adding: “Even if I had my own children, I wouldn’t invite them."
