Megan Barton-Hanson has given fans an insight into her cosmetic procedures as she shared a video of her having botox injected into her bum on Instagram.
The 27 year old model and former Love Island star was lay on a table wearing a black thong bodysuit as Dr Ducu Botoaca, whom she tagged, began the injections.
Fans watched as the transplant surgeon’s hand, wearing medical gloves, sterilised the cheek and wiped it with tissues, before he inserted the needle.
"I want you to tense your muscle … and relax,” the doctor said.
He then warned: ”Sharp scratch!" as Megan handled the procedure calmly.
The social media star told her followers how she’d only just realised that botox injections were also used for other parts of the body as well as the face.
“So turns out Botox isn’t just for wrinkles!” she declared excitedly over her post.
“It helps give your bum a little lift too,” the star added, using a peach emoji.
The doctor has a feed full of results from Botox injections in bums, and his bio reads: “Non-invasive aesthetic procedures. Black Diamond Trainer. Hair transplant surgeon. Lips and non surgical BBL master technique.”
Megan regularly posts stunning pictures of her showing off her incredible body, and the star’s latest is no exception.
In one photo shoot, the star wore a matching pink fleece bra and baby blue leggings as she stood on a luxe velvet sofa with blogger and original islander Hanna Elizabeth, who is also a PlayBoy bunny.
While in another snap, Megan posed in her dressing room as she got ready for an event in a gorgeous pearl-adorned black halter neck top and grey pencil skirt.
The model wore her blonde locks curly and held up in a top bun as she smouldered at the camera.
Megan has recently spoken about how she felt she had to "prove" she was bisexual after she came out on her exit from the Spanish Love Island villa.
At the time, she was in a relationship with her now-ex Wes Nelson, but has revealed she felt a "lot of pressure" to show she was interested in both men and women in the months that followed.
The Essex star explained that "exploring your sexuality can be difficult, especially when you live somewhere rural or suburban", but because she came out in a public way, she "faced a lot of judgement from people saying it was for press attention or for TV". in her column with Vice.
"That created an intense amount of pressure, which made me feel like I had to work to ‘prove’ my sexuality," Megan added.
