Lauren Goodger gets smile back as she shows off results of new fitness regime

Lauren Goodger appears to have found her smile again as she's been spotted grinning ear to ear during a shopping trip in London.

The 36 year old TOWIE star has had a devastating few months as her daughter Lorena sadly passed away, she suffered an alleged assault, and she mourned the death of ex-boyfriend Jake Mclean after he was killed in a horrific car crash in Turkey.

Keeping a low profile until now, she's been on a journey to heal and it appears it's been working wonders as she's been seen looking happier than ever while shopping high end brands in London.

The reality star, who is mum to daughter Larose, one, stepped out of a store with two Louis Vuitton bags – one in her left hand, while the other was draped over an arm.

Holding onto her phone, she took a series of selfies before turning her attention to the cameras to flash her pearly whites as she made her way down the street.

Lauren looked stunning with her brunette mane styled straight down with a side parting. Wearing a subtle amount of make up, she stepped out with a smokey brown eyeshadow, black mascara and a nude lip.

The star looked healthy as ever in a green two-piece outfit for the occasion, complete with a crop top and high-waisted leggings, which showed off the results of her recent fitness regime.

Flashing a hint of her toned midriff, Lauren appears to be taking her workout routine very seriously – regularly posting photos and videos of herself in the gym on her social media.

Most recently, Lauren took to her Instagram feed to post a compilation clip of herself breaking a sweat to the tune of Lean Back (feat. Fat Joe and Remy Ma) by Terror Squad.

The short video started with the star, who was dressed in a pair of grey leggings and a black crop top, walking on a treadmill before hitting the weights.

She then moved to the punching bag to let off some steam, then returned to the mat to work on her abs while her daughter kept her company.

In the caption, she told her 943,000 followers: "Today I had my first PT session for over 2 years with @platinum_physiques & I loved every minute of it."

She continued: "I thought I would struggle after having 2 babies back to back which changed my body shape completely but surprised myself with how much I enjoyed training again..

"I have lost some baby weight already but my body is still soft so this is the start of not just my fitness journey, but also the start of a new road to recovery," alongside a white heart emoji.

Fans were quick to share their encouraging words as one person wrote: "You really are an inspiration for others, and your beautiful girls. You are exactly where your meant to be, trust the process even through the dark days. You have got this lovely x".

Another said: "Your inspiration keep staying stong girl you got this!!" with a red heart emoji, while a third added: "Good luck !! You can do it, smash it you already look great anyway! X," with a fire emoji.
