Jacqueline Jossa believes husband Dan is victim after reports of arrest on GBH suspicion11/23/2022
Jacqueline Jossa is said to "believe her husband Dan Osborne is the victim" and is "100 per cent behind him" after he was reportedly arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm when a fight broke out following her lavish 30th birthday party.
Dan, 31, was alleged to have been involved in a "mass brawl" that broke out in the early hours of the morning during her birthday celebrations, after they had left the event venue, at The Grand Marquee, and carried on the party at their Essex home on November 6.
Police were reportedly called to their property.
Ex- EastEnders star Jacqueline was said to have been in tears as former TOWIE star, Dan, was reportedly taken away in cuffs and held overnight on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH).
Jacqueline, who is the mother of Dan's two daughters, Ella, seven, and Mia, four, is said to be standing by her man, with the hopes that they can move on from the alleged incident.
A source told Mail Online: "She's 100 per cent behind Dan on this. In fact Jacqueline believes Dan is very much the victim in all this.
"Yes things kicked off, but Dan wasn't responsible for that and was actually attempting to calm everything down.
The source went on: "She's got no doubt he will be cleared of any wrongdoing and is standing by him and supporting him totally."
"It was obviously a really bad end to a magical night. But all Jacqueline and Dan now care about is sorting out the mess and moving on."
OK! has contacted representatives for Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne for comment.
Prior to the alleged incident, Dan and Jacqueline were seen looking blissful as they enjoyed her 30th birthday celebrations, which included all the glitz and glamour of a Hollywood-style evening, attended by celebs such as former TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent and EastEnders' Shona McGarty.
